The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has received a written request for rule hearing on the Florida Workers' Compensation Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual (Rule Chapter 69L-7.020, F.A.C.) and on the Florida Workers' Compensation Reimbursement Manual for Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) (Rule Chapter 69L-7.100, F.AC.). Therefore, a rule hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Day Light Savings Time (EDT) for Rule Chapter 69L-7.020 and at 11:00 a.m. for Rule Chapter 69L-7.100 F.A.C.
The hearings will take place in room 104J of the Hartman building, which is located at 2012 Capital Circle Southeast, Tallahassee, Florida 32399. The official Notice of Proposed Rule Development appears in Volume 37, Number 24, of the Florida Administrative Weekly, which was published on June 17, 2011. Pending Rule Development Workshops /HearingsOMS has scheduled rule workshops and/or hearings for the adoption of the following policies related to system stakeholders' participation in the FL WC health care delivery system:
