If you have forgotten your CPS password and you are the primary contact in CPS for the Insurer or the TPA, then you can click the “Forgot Password” link below. CPS will automatically email you (to your email address on the Profile) a temporary password. If you are not the primary contact or do not have a Profile set up in CPS, please contact the appropriate Insurance Administrator.
