- Division of Workers' Compensation Non-Compliance Referral Database Produces Big ResultsThe Non-Compliance Referral Database allows individuals to submit referrals of alleged violations of the workers’ compensation laws. Since June the Division has received 328 referrals. As a result of those referrals, 36 Stop-Work Orders were issued, resulting in $526,000 in assessed penalties.
