Education

The Division is offering free classes to educate employers, business owners, licensed contractors and other interested stakeholders who are responsible for assuring that the proper Workers' Compensation Insurance and Safety in the Workplace is a priority. The Division has partnered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the University of South Florida "Safety Florida Consultation Program" in making these presentations.

We are providing 2 types of training opportunities: Classroom sessions held in several locations around the state; and Webinars scheduled once a month for each "Workers' Compensation" and "Workplace Safety". (All seminars provide the same material and information.)

1. Classroom sessions are available at the locations listed on our flyer. All sessions are from 9AM to Noon. The flyer lists class dates and cities in which the seminar will be held. (The location addresses are listed on the registration form and advanced registration is required to assure availability.
