Here on the Firefighters page you'll learn all about firefighters of the past and the present. You'll learn about some famous people who were firefighters, who they were and what they did.

You'll also learn about the firefighters of today. You will see that firefighters don't only fight fires. They do many more things for our community that protect us and save lives.

You will see how they learn to be firefighters and all about the different jobs they do. You'll also see some of the special equipment they use.
