The State Fire Marshal's Bureau of Fire and Arson Investigations requests that applicants for the position of Law Enforcement Investigator, who have been provided with their date and time for agility testing, go to the following link where you may read information regarding the physical agility testing procedure. At this site you will also find a Medical/Physician's Clearance to Test Form. Please review this procedure, then print the Form, have your Physician complete and sign the Form, and bring it with you to the testing location at your appointed testing time.
