Division of Risk Management

GOVERNOR'S REPORT

Pursuant to Chapter 284, Part III (s.284.50), Florida Statutes, the Risk Services program in the Division of Risk Management provides the following services for the Governor of Florida concerning the safety programs in the State’s Agencies:

Ø    Creating a self-auditing for each agency’s safety program.

Ø     An annual report is prepared for the Governor’s Office on the current state of loss prevention within each agency.  This report is due to the Governor by January 15th.
