Risk Services

The next Interagency Advisory Council Meeting will be on August 6, 2008.

The Risk Services program in the Division of Risk Management provides professional safety training; quality evaluation tools and other loss prevention/cost control programs that enable our customers, the agencies of the State of Florida, to better facilitate their individual safety programs.  Our main objective at Risk Services is to provide these services on the highest quality level attainable.

Services provided by this program include, but are not limited to:

ü   Risk and loss consultations and analysis

ü   Safety and loss prevention training

ü   Maintaining a loss prevention video library

ü   Creation of the Loss Prevention Mention, a bimonthly newsletter

ü   Coordinating the state’s Interagency Advisory Council (IAC) on Loss Prevention.
