How do I file a claim against Unisource?

Who will pay my claim?

As described in Section 631.54(3), Florida Statutes, covered claims are being paid by the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA).

How do I get a proof of claim form from the Receiver?

Proof of claim forms have been mailed to all known claimants. If you have not received one, please contact the Receiver using our "Contact Us" form. In order for your claim to be considered timely-filed, you must have previously completed the proof of claim form and returned it to the Receiver by the filing deadline of October 24, 2002.

There is a lawsuit being brought against me for bills that Unisource should have paid. What should I do?
