How much will be paid on my claim?
The company’s rehabilitation status should not affect the payments on your claim. The adjuster on your claim will contact you about any disbursements or claim payments.
There is a lawsuit being brought against me for bills that Union American should have paid. What should I do?

I filed a lawsuit against Union American prior to their entry into rehabilitation. Why can't the lawsuit progress?
