If I have already filed a claim with Union American, will the Rehabilitation affect the status of my claim?

How much will be paid on my claim?
The company’s rehabilitation status should not affect the payments on your claim. The adjuster on your claim will contact you about any disbursements or claim payments.
There is a lawsuit being brought against me for bills that Union American should have paid. What should I do?

I filed a lawsuit against Union American prior to their entry into rehabilitation. Why can't the lawsuit progress?
Pursuant to the order and to Section 631.041(1), Florida Statutes, there is in place an automatic stay prohibiting judicial and administrative proceedings against the company.
