Premium Payment Information - Superior Insurance Company

I have financed my premium payments through a premium finance company.  Now, the premium finance company has advised that it will not honor its draft to Superior Insurance Company for premium on my policy.  What should I do?

Inform your agent and the premium finance company that the Rehabilitation Order prohibits premium finance companies from refusing drafts.  A copy of the court order may be printed from this web site or the Receiver’s office will provide a copy upon request.
