Submit an Offer
Once a potential buyer has completed their
due diligence and decides to submit an offer to purchase real estate,
they will need to submit their offer in writing. The offer
should contain basic information about the potential purchaser, the
proposed purchase price, and any other information that the
purchaser wants the Receiver to consider when evaluating the offer.
If additional information is needed, the Receiver will contact the
potential purchaser during the evaluation period.

Once the bid deadline has passed, the Receiver will
evaluate each submitted offer independently. You will then be notified
as to whether your offer is acceptable or not. If your offer is accepted,
the Receiver will notify you and then the next step will be to proceed with
the execution of an agreement.
