If I have a claim that occurred in a different state, should I contact the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association?
No. Due to differences in state laws, you need to contact your state insurance department and/or guaranty association for further assistance.
The Receiver has notified each state who had policies or claims affected by the liquidation of Senior Citizens.
