What is the status of the insurance policies of Queensway Casualty?
Pursuant to the terms of the liquidation order and Section 631.252, Florida Statutes, all insurance policies of Queensway Casualty Insurance Company were cancelled effective February 19, 2001 at 11:59 P.M. E.S.T. unless cancelled at an earlier date. Policies with a normal expiration date or those policies that are cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 11:59 PM on February 19, 2001 shall stand cancelled as of the earlier date and time.
