The Court issued an order approving the report on November 20, 2003.
On December 3, 2003, notices were mailed to 9,112 Ocean Casualty claimants who filed a proof of
claim in the Ocean Casualty estate. The notice informed them of the Receiver’s recommendation concerning the classification
and amount of their claim, along with instructions on how to proceed if they objected to the recommendation.
Objections were required to be filed by the claimant, in writing, with the Court and the Receiver and postmarked by January 16, 2004.
Objections filed after that date were not considered.
On January 25, 2005, the court issued an order approving the Third Interim Claims Report on Guaranty Association Claims.

distribution checks representing 100% of the recommended and adjudicated amount to claimants in Class 1 and 22.8686% of the recommended and adjudicated
amount to claimants in Class 2. As a result of the order, 1,170 claimants were approved to receive a distribution check. The checks were mailed on
April 11, 2006. The majority of the distribution checks represented a pro-rated amount
of the $100.00 statutory deductible applied by the Florida Insurance
Guaranty Association ("FIGA") in their settlement of claims within this estate. No other distributions were made in this estate.
