On March 9, 2012, the Court issued an Order that discharged the Florida Department of Financial Services of its duties as Receiver of Charter American Casualty Insurance Company effective February 29, 2012.

Pursuant to the Discharge Order, all abandoned property will be sent to the Department of Financial Services, Bureau of Unclaimed Property. This should be accomplished during the second quarter of 2012. The Bureau of Unclaimed Property may be reached at:
