Please report all new claims to the Receiver using our "Contact
Us" form. Alternatively, you may contact the Receiver at

Should I send you additional bills or information
regarding a pending claim with Aries?
Yes. Please send all documentation regarding a
pending claim to:

all correspondence.
Do I need to submit a proof of claim form to the
Receiver in order to have FWCIGA make payments on my loss claim?
No. FWCIGA has access to the company claim files and will
review your claim to determine if it is a covered claim on which payments may be
due.
If
you wish to make a claim directly against the Aries
receivership estate, you must submit a proof of claim form to the Receiver.
