What is the status of my American Superior insurance policy?
Pursuant to the terms of the liquidation order and Section 631.252, Florida Statutes, your insurance coverage with American Superior Insurance Company was cancelled effective January 14, 2005 at 11:59 P.M. E.S.T. unless cancelled at an earlier date. Policies with a normal expiration date, or those policies that are cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 11:59 PM on January 14, 2005 shall stand cancelled as of the earlier date and time.
