What is the current status of my homeowners policy with Vanguard?
Pursuant to the terms of the liquidation order, your insurance coverage with Vanguard Fire & Casualty Company
was cancelled effective April 25, 2007 at 12:01 A.M. E.S.T. unless cancelled at an earlier date. Policies with a
normal expiration date, or those policies that are cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 12:01 A.M. on April 25,
2007 shall stand cancelled as of the earlier date and time.
