How do I report a new claim or check on the status of a pending claim?

Florida Policyholders: Report new claims or check on the status of a pending claim by calling National Title at 305-642-6220 during regular business hours which are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST.

Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee Policyholders: Report new claims by the claims filing deadline July 13, 2013. To check the status of a pending claim, call National Title at 305-642-6220 during regular business hours which are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST. Claimants are instructed in the published Notice of Cancellation to contact the Receiver by calling (850) 413-3081 to request a Proof of Claim form or go to the Receiver’s website, www.myfloridacfo.com/Receiver for a Proof of Claim form.

If I have already filed a claim with National Title, will the Rehabilitation affect the status of my claim?

Florida Policyholders: No. To the extent possible, claims will be processed in the ordinary course of business.

Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee Policyholders: New claims must be reported by the claims filing deadline. Due to limited funds, all claims payments on policies written in these states will stop until after the claims filing deadline.
