How do I report a new claim or check on the status of a pending claim?
For information regarding a pending claim please call 1-800-882-8054. To file a new claim, mail all documents to KELTIG in Receivership, Division of Rehabilitation and Liquidation, 2020 Capital Circle SE, Suite 310, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
If I have already filed a claim with KELTIG, will the Rehabilitation affect the status of my claim?
No. To the extent possible, claims will be processed in the ordinary course of business.
