time and date.
Policies that were cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 12:01
a.m. on September 23, 2009,
are cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
Automobile warranty policies were cancelled at 11:59:59
p.m. on August 24, 2009 which is the date of the liquidation order.
