What is the current status of my insurance policy with CIA?
Based on representations from CIA, the company no longer has any policies in force. However if any policies did remain in force, they are cancelled by the liquidation order effective January 26, 2011. Policies or contracts of coverage with normal expiration dates prior to the liquidation date or those policies that were cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to the cancellation date shall stand cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
