$3,001.65 - $4,789.42 monthly
Starting salary will be commensurate with experience

GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Coordinates purchasing, accounts payable, scheduling, and file maintenance activities
Prepares and analyzes confidential correspondence
Develops and reviews reports, forms, and documents
Performs quality assurance and auditing of data, reports, forms, and documents
Develops and maintains administrative systems
Assists in receivership operations and projects
Reviews and revises operating policies and procedures
Provides administrative accounting and legal support
Ensures the consistency and availability of records and files maintained by the section
Facilitates operation of work unit
Assists management in planning objectives and formulating, analyzing, and recommending policies and procedures
Performs other duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of administrative, secretarial, or clerical experience, or experience providing administrative support to a team of attorneys.
Professional experience as described above may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in one or more of the following:
Previous experience serving as the primary point of contact of a legal office and providing administrative support to a legal team
Previous experience working with an Information Technology staff to deploy, implement and evaluate applications relevant in a law office
Detailed knowledge of and experience with application software utilized in the law office setting.
