Filing a New Claim:
To report a new loss claim, call the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association ("FIGA") at 1-866-928-4310 (toll-free). Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
Checking on the Status of a Pending Claim:
To check on the status of a pending claim, call FIGA at 1-866-928-4310 (toll-free). Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
Questions Regarding Your Policy and Other Questions about the Receivership:
If you have questions about your policy or other questions regarding the liquidation of American Keystone, you may contact the Receiver by using our "Contact Us" form or by calling 1-850-413-3081 (toll free at 1-800-882-3054 for Florida residents).
I have recently changed my name or mailing address and need to update the Receiver's records to make sure I receive any information mailed to me. What do I do?
It is your responsibility to notify the Receiver, in writing, if you change your name or mailing address. You can download the appropriate form and instructions from this website by clicking here. Whenever you are corresponding with the Receiver, be sure to reference your policy number, claim number and/or Receiver's Claim Number ("RCN") which will allow the Receiver to associate your request with the correct Receivership.
