The rules committee meetings scheduled for Jan. 28 and 29, 2009, have

The meeting of the rules committee of the Board of Funeral, Cemetery,
and Consumer Services, scheduled for Jan. 14, 2009, has been cancelled.
The Board's Finance Committee will not meet in January 2009; any prior
notices of Finance Committee meetings in Jan. 2009 should be
disregarded. The next meeting of the Board will be in February 2009; any
prior notices of Board meetings in Jan. 2009 (other than the Jan. 7th
