Workgroup Documents

The Policy Work Group meeting scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2008, has been cancelled.

Two workgroups have been formed to support the Task Force in the development of the Strategic Business Plan and recommended law changes.

The Financial and Cash Management Policy Workgroup will prepare recommendations on governance, funding options and law changes. The policy workgroup will include subject matter experts from key stakeholder agencies and offices, including the Department of Management Services, Agency for Enterprise Information Technology, Governor’s Office of Policy and Budget, and Department of Financial Services.

The Financial and Cash Management Business Process Workgroup will prepare documentation on the State’s business processes and requirements. The Business Process Workgroup will include subject matter experts on the State’s core business functions and technical integration for the State’s current systems.
