What are my responsibilities as an agent with Magnolia policyholders?
Under the liquidation order, all Magnolia policies are cancelled effective 11:59:59 p.m. on May 30, 2010, unless otherwise terminated prior to that date. The Receiver has mailed notices to all known agents alerting them of their statutory responsibilities to their policyholders. To view a copy of the notice, click here.
I am unable to access Magnolia's policy system. What do I need to do to get my password reset?
You will need to contact the Receiver using our "Contact Us" form or by calling 1-850-413-3081 (toll-free to Florida residents by calling 800-882-3054).
