What is the status of the auto warranties and service warranties of IMSC?

By court order, all in-force policies of IMSC were cancelled at 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2009, with the following exceptions:

• Policies with a normal expiration date prior to 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2009, were cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
• Policies that were cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2009, were cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
• Policies that were cancelled at the customer's request prior to 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2009, were cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
