How do I file a proof of claim with the Receiver?
In order to file a proof of claim form, you will need to complete a proof of claim form and file it with the Receiver. In order to be considered timely filed, claims must be postmarked on or before the claim filing deadline established by the Court which is March 1, 2013.
If you believe you will incur out of pocket expenses as a result of the liquidation or otherwise believe you are owed monies by this company, you will need to complete a proof of claim form and file it with the Receiver.
