If I have already filed a claim with National Title, will the Rehabilitation affect the status of my claim?
The Receiver is currently transferring the administration of all claims to a new service provider for further handling and resolution. Your patience is appreciated.
Florida Policyholders: No. To the extent possible, claims will be processed in the ordinary course of business.
Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee Policyholders: The claims filing deadline was July 13, 2012.
