Who do I contact to file a new claim or to check on the status of a pending claim?

Processing and payment of commercial automobile and commercial property covered claims are being handled by the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (you are leaving the DFS website and opening a new browser window) ("FIGA"). FIGA pays covered claims up to a maximum of $300,000 per claim. Additionally, there is a $100 statutory deductible per claim. You may call FIGA at (800) 988-1450 to find out the status of your claim or to file a new claim.
