Notice of Receivership
On August 1, 2011, National Group Insurance Company (“NGIC”) was ordered into receivership for purposes of rehabilitation by the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Leon County, Florida ("Court"). It was determined that a successful rehabilitation was not possible and on October 10, 2011, NGIC was placed into liquidation. The Florida Department of Financial Services is the Court appointed Receiver of NGIC.
