What is the status of the insurance policies of First Commercial Transportation and Property Insurance Company?

By court order, all in-force policies of First Commercial Transportation and Property Insurance Company are cancelled at 12:01 a.m. on September 23, 2009, with the following exceptions:

• Policies with a normal expiration date prior to 12:01 a.m. on September 23, 2009, are cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
• Policies that were cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 12:01 a.m. on September 23, 2009, are cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
