What is the status of the insurance polices of AequiCap?

By court order, all in-force policies of AequiCap Insurance Company are cancelled at 12:01 a.m. on April 6, 2011, with the following exceptions:

• Policies with a normal expiration date prior to 12:01 a.m. on April 6, 2011, are cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
• Policies that were cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 12:01 a.m. on April 6, 2011, are cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
• Surety Bonds were cancelled at 11:59:59 p.m. on March 7, 2011 which is the date of the liquidation order.
