SUGGESTED RULES to IMPLEMENT SENATE BILL
The Funeral & Cemetery Division has published suggested rules to implement Senate Bill 1152. The Rules Committee of the Board will meet Sept. 23, and Oct. 14, 2010, at the Alexander BldG., in Tallahassee, to consider same.

MONUMENT INSTALLATION RULE GOING TO OCT. 1, 2008 BOARD MEETING

The proposed amendments to rule 69K-12.001, Installation of Monuments, which were preliminarily scheduled for presentation to the Board at its Sept. 3, 2008 teleconference meeting, have been rescheduled to come before the Board at the Board’s Oct. 1, 2008 in-person meeting.
