Volume 1, No. 7 - October 2010

  Welcome to The Pulse!

The leaves are changing color and the temperature is dropping. Yes, the autumn season is already here! The Florida Department of Financial Services continues to urge small business owners to be prepared for the possibility of any disaster by reviewing their current plans. We hope you never encounter a disaster, but if you do, the information in our disaster preparedness site can help you or your customers.

Read more about what recently happened in Florida on this in News You Can Use.

Don't miss all we packed into this issue, particularly things to keep you in the know and compliance matters. We also continue our series on the basics of operating various agencies. This time around: opening a bail bond agency.
