Effective December 23, 2010, the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services, longer accepts VISA-branded credit or debit cards. We extended the original effective date to allow our customers more time to take action on their part for making future payments to us.
VISA’s regulations prevent a pass through of their processing fees to a government entity's customers, and our budget limitations prevent us from absorbing those costs. As a result, we no longer accept VISA-branded cards.
We continue to accept MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, and eCheck. We do not offer payment via ACH or direct deposit of any sort.

The convenience fee percentage rate applies to larger transactions as well
resulting in more significant savings to the customer. We regret any
inconvenience to you.

Note: Some financial institutions require an ACH ID number before allowing an eCheck transaction. If your financial institution requires an ACH ID number, or if you are unsure, you must contact your financial institution prior to selecting the eCheck payment method and provide the following ACH ID numbers:
ACH ID numbers: W596001874 and Z596001874
After providing the ACH ID numbers to your financial institution you will not be required to provide them for future payments made with us.
Failure to provide the required ACH ID numbers may result in rejection of payment by your financial institution.
