The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services, advises that its licensing system, MyProfile, will be unavailable starting Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. EST in order to make necessary enhancements. The system will not become available again until the evening of Friday, February 24, 2012.
While the system is unavailable, there will be NO access to the following online services:
Any MyProfile transactions completed and submitted to the Department prior to 4:30 p.m. EST on February 22, 2012 will not be affected and will be processed.
Appointing entities (insurers and adjusting firms) who go directly to eAppoint to submit new appointments, renewal appointments and appointment terminations WILL be able to access eAppoint during this period.
