Use the following search to produce lists of business addresses for licensees that hold a valid license in Florida.
  • To generate a list, select the type and class (TYCL) or group you wish to report. The licensees selected here may or may not have active appointments. Do not enter appointing entity information to report licensees regardless of appointment status.
  • To select those with active appointments for a specific appointing entity enter the Appointing Entity Number or Name you wish to report.
  • To select those with a valid license and active appointment select the type and class (TYCL) or group along with Appointing Entity Number or Name you wish to report.
  • You may choose a maximum of 10 business counties to narrow your results.

This download will produce licensees' official business address records on file with the Department. Please be advised that this address is as current and valid as the licensee has maintained. You may receive a significant number of invalid addresses through this search.

How to Use this Search:

1. You must:

  • Enter the desired Appointing Entity Number or at least 3 characters of the Appointing Entity Name (as an option you can also select TYCL Code or TYCL Group).
  • OR select TYCL Code (as an option you can also enter Appointing Entity Number or Appointing Entity Name).
  • OR select TYCL Group (as an option you can also enter Appointing Entity Number or Appointing Entity Name).

2. Note: the TYCL Group selection will override the single TYCL Code entry if both criteria are used.

3. Narrow your search by selecting a maximum of 10 applicable business counties. You can select multiple counties by pressing CTRL + mouse click (this selects or adds to your selection one county at a time), or SHIFT + mouse click (this selects a range of counties).
