Consumers may order single copies of guides by calling toll-free 1-800-342-2762.

The Department of Financial Services charges for-profit organizations for guides when they are ordering more than one. To order in bulk, you should first call Samantha Depart at the number below to verify that the quantity you need is available. Then print the attached form and mail it, with payment, to:

Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time our accounting department receives your check, before you will receive your guides.
