This free workshop is sponsored by Florida’s Chief Financial Officer, Alex Sink and the Department of Financial Services and will offer HUD approved housing counseling to help homeowners with the process of working with their lenders to create a solution to their mortgage/housing crisis. This event will be held from 5-8 p.m.
There will also be a free family budgeting and personal finance class offered beginning at 6 p.m. The goal of the class is help families look at their finances and lean about cash flow budgets. Find out where your cash is going and how to establish a realistic family budget. Lenders require a budget plan as part of a mortgage solution.
