Ordering Guides in Bulk Quantity

The Department of Financial Services charges for-profit organizations for guides when they are ordering more than one. To order in bulk, you should first call the Consumer Services Publications Coordinator at (850) 413-5798 to verify the price and the availability of the quantity you need. Then print the form (linked below) and mail it, with payment, to:
