Senior Suitability Continuing Education (CE) Courses for Life Agents
Most agents are required to complete at least 3 hours of ethics per compliance period, pursuant to section 626.2815(3)(k), Florida Statutes. An exception to this is that life agents must complete 3 hours of senior suitability education which substitutes the typical 3 hours of ethics.  If a life agent completes an ethics course in addition to the suitability course, the ethics course will count toward their standard continuing education requirement.
