During this time, you temporarily will be unable to apply for licensure, submit address or appointment changes, review licensee details, submit or search prelicensing and continuing education information, etc. Our systems will come back online on Monday, November 30, 2009. Applications for licensure submitted after this date may not be processed for up to 30 business days after submission.
