2-52 Service Warranty Sales Representative
Florida Statutes 634.401 (12) defines a “SERVICE WARRANTY SALES REPRESENTATIVE”
as a person utilized by an insurer or service warranty association for
the purpose of selling or issuing service warranties. However, in the
case of service warranty associations selling service warranties from
one or more locations, the person in charge of each location may be
considered the sales representative.
Application Qualifications:
- Complete an online application for License and submit appropriate
fees.
Apply or license
- Be a natural person at least 18 years of age.
- Be a United States citizen or legal alien who possesses a work
authorization from the United States Immigration and Naturalization
Services.
- If Resident, and if licensed in another state within three years,
provide a Letter of Clearance.
