2-51 Home Warranty Sales Representative
Florida Statutes 634.301 (13) defines a “HOME WARRANTY SALES REPRESENTATIVE”
as a person with whom an insurer or home inspection or warranty association
has a contract and who is utilized by such insurer or association for
the purpose of selling or issuing home warranties. The term includes
all employees of an insurer or association engaged directly in the sale
or issuance of home warranties.
Application Qualifications:
- Complete an online application for License and submit appropriate
fees.

- Be a natural person at least 18 years of age.
- Be a United States citizen or legal alien who possesses a work
authorization from the United States Immigration and Naturalization
Services.
- If Resident, and if licensed in another state within three years,
provide a Letter of Clearance.
