How to Submit an Instructor Application

  1. Go to MyProfile at https://aalf.fldfs.com/common/com_index.asp.
  2. Select the blue "Instructor" tab.
  3. Enter your social security number twice, and your date of birth then click "login."
  4. Select what type of course you would like to teach (Continuing Education or Pre-licensing).
  5. Choose the "Course Authority," then click "Next".
  6. Complete the demographics screen in its entirety, then click "Next".
  7. Answer the three background question screens. Click "Next" after each question.
  8. Complete the qualification information, then click "Submit".

Note: For Continuing Education you must meet at least two of the requirements listed, and for Pre-licensing you may or may not have qualification requirements.
