Please be aware that due to computer system upgrades by the NIPR from Friday, October 28, 2011 at 7 PM CST to Monday, October 31, 2011 at 8 AM CST, the Florida Department of Financial Services' Division of Agent & Agency Services will not be able to accept any applications or appointments through the NIPR. During this time, information in the NAIC's Producer Database (PDB) will not be updated. All non-resident applications for licensure and appointments received prior to this downtime will continue to be processed as usual during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or those you represent; however, the system upgrades will help provide better customer service in the future.
