Requests

A request made by an individual or a group to obtain copies of Florida public records does not have to be made in writing, and can be anonymous. A request is accepted in any form.

Time-line

This process varies depending on the nature and volume of the request.

Cost

• 10 pages or less are free
• More than 10 pages, all pages are $.15 per page
• Certified copies cost $5.00 per certification
• Service charges are determined by the lowest paid employee assigned to assist in filling the public records request (first 30 minutes are free)
• CDs/DVDs are no charge
